My father spent 18 months in this simple nursing home, which we liked. It's been operating for years, so it needs some physical improvements. But what doesn't need to improve is the staff. They're excellent people, known for their kind treatment and humanity toward patients and their families. My father felt well cared for from the moment he arrived, with all his needs met. As a daughter, I feel confident leaving him in good hands. They make you feel comfortable and supported, even in the most difficult times. Thank you all. I'll never forget you. 100% recommended.

What I can say is that during the months my father was here until the day he passed away, the treatment was unbeatable. What truly matters in those moments is the treatment the inmates and also the family receive. A super-human and empathetic approach. I'm eternally grateful to the entire team, Sandra, Ana... and of course to Armando, who will always be there to assist you whenever you need him. A hug from the bottom of my heart.

The only thing that saves them is their excellent staff and their desire to make everything run smoothly. They have a serious problem with the grandparents' clothes, which are frequently lost. With the pandemic, they've stopped doing activities that gave residents a life. The facilities are old and small.

My father has spent a year in this care home, after having been in two others, and although it doesn't have the best facilities, it certainly has the best people, and that's priceless. They have always treated us wonderfully, and the treatment of both residents and their families has been excellent, even during such a difficult period as the Covid-19 pandemic. I only have words of gratitude; we have been very fortunate to be in this care home during such challenging times. I don't know what we would have done elsewhere, but here everything has been easier.
