La Residencia Geriátrica Mediterránea IV destaca por su atención humana y profesional excepcional, con un personal cálido y comprensivo que prioriza el bienestar emocional de los residentes en instalaciones confortables. Sin embargo, presenta una debilidad importante en su servicio de cocina, donde los menús carecen de sabor y variedad, generando insatisfacción entre los usuarios que frecuentemente dejan los platos sin terminar.

My experience... in these months that my father has been at Palauet... is truly rewarding for me as his daughter. Before that, he was in another center for several months, and after that time, and with the great personal trauma it caused me... for not being able to attend to him and care for him as he deserved... and he had taken care of me... I am finally happy and at peace, having seen that yes, there are professional places... as well as humane ones, with caring and attentive staff... so that they can help me ensure that the days my father can be with us are, above all, for HIM... peaceful, that he is cared for, happy, and still feels like a human being... Thank you all so much 💋

L'atenció als residents es molt bona. El tracte de molta comprensió i carinyo. Les instalacions, en un edifici preciós, li cal alguna reforma però molt confortable. Sols mereixen una nota baixa en la cuina. Fan menús basals i triturats pero la qualitat i la ejecució dels cuinats, es molt deficienta. Sense sabor i poca varietat que les residents es queixen sobint i deixen plats sense acabar. Cal que gerencia prengui nota i ho millori.
