Residència Geriàtrica Les Masies de Pallejà recibe principalmente evaluaciones excelentes de familias satisfechas con la atención, limpieza e instalaciones, destacando especialmente la dedicación del personal y la mejora tras el cambio de gestión. Sin embargo, existe al menos un caso grave de negligencia reportado respecto a la falta de atención médica adecuada y comunicación deficiente con las familias, lo que contrasta significativamente con el consenso positivo general y sugiere inconsistencias en la calidad de cuidado.

Thank you for treating our parents so well. I honestly didn't think my father would be in such a state. I spent a lot of time wondering if I was doing the right thing by putting him in a care home, seeing all the news reports, but I truly did what was best for him. We haven't been here long, but he's delighted, even though neither of us wanted to go. He looks years younger and is happy with other people his own age. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. Please keep up the good work. I don't understand how there are any bad reviews. It's true there's new management, and I don't know about before, but now it's really worth it. It's very clean, welcoming, and the food is decent. I don't know all the staff, but they're very caring with the residents, and other families I've spoken to there are all happy, so my review can't be negative. Best regards to the whole team. It's been a while since he passed away, but I'm sure he was very well cared for and treated well. We were always worried about what it would be like, and you've shown us that it's not like that at all. You always read and look for comments and see all sorts of things. And honestly, I don't understand it. Thank you for everything. The old man will be grateful.

Putting my grandmother here is the best decision we could have made. The facilities are very well maintained. The staff is incredibly attentive and caring. My grandmother is delighted; they offer many activities, including virtual reality! Excellent service, bright and comfortable rooms. A great choice!

My mother was a patient there for two months, and we were truly grateful for the care she received. She was very well looked after, and the staff were very kind and caring. We never had any complaints, neither about her nor about the facilities, which were always spotless. I think it has improved a lot since the ownership changed, and the staff is lovely.

Unfortunately, it has been very well demonstrated to us how concerned they are about carrying out the "primary commitment to the care and attention of residents". Our relative spent more than 10 days with dermatitis in the genital area (this is what the hospital doctor told us) and we didn't know about it until we saw blood dripping down his legs. When we asked for explanations, they told us that there are families who don't want to know everything that happens to their residents. And as if that weren't enough, everything happened because our relative has many pathologies and the waits in the Emergency Room were the cause of the dermatitis. They didn't want to admit that the mistake was theirs for not taking care of it as they say time and time again that they do. The facts speak for themselves.
