My aunt Yolanda spent almost a decade at the Jardins Residence in Barcelona. I feel it necessary to publicly thank this institution for the positive experience I have with her, now that Yolanda has embarked on her final journey. I always perceived a warm and compassionate approach from all the staff who cared for her. She made this clear to me, and I witnessed it firsthand. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone considering a nursing home. Excellent in every way!

I sincerely thank you for the care and service you provided to my aunt Maruja. Before placing her in your residence, I visited several. I paid particular attention to how the staff treated the elderly, and yours far surpassed all the others. My aunt always told me that you took excellent care of her. She even quit smoking at 90 without any apparent trauma. I wish you all the best during these difficult times, and especially those of you on the front lines. From the very first day, I was struck by the way all the staff treated not only my mother, but all the other residents as well. And by all the staff, I mean everyone: caregivers, nurses, kitchen staff—the food is prepared on-site—and management. While this is the main highlight, another important factor shouldn't be overlooked: the gardens, where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air peacefully and without noise. I thought it was a great place when I took my mother, and I've been very fortunate to have made the right choice. Our mother spent a year in this residence. The garden surrounding the house was instrumental in restoring her joy and optimism. Asun was cared for, attended to, and loved down to the smallest details. My sisters and I would like to highlight the professional talent of everyone at the residence, from the management: facilitating every process, to the social worker with great professionalism and care. The nurse: with enormous human talent. The assistants: friendly and ensuring every detail was to her liking. If we had to recommend a residence, this would undoubtedly be the one. Our mother has been admitted to this nursing home for over three and a half years, and we have nothing but words of gratitude. She has been very well cared for throughout this time. The treatment of the residents is very humane, with great care and professionalism from all the caregivers, the social worker, the nurse, the physiotherapist, the doctor, and the owners of the nursing home itself. The food is prepared there, with a wide variety and fresh market produce, which is the most important thing. They have a large garden where they can enjoy the outdoors whenever they want. From the beginning, we were looking for a small nursing home, and we made the right choice. If we were in the same situation again today, we would definitely stay there again.
