We admitted my mother from the hospital because her dementia meant we couldn't keep her at home. From the very beginning, we noticed strange things. We saw unfriendly faces from the caregivers, Toñi and Mónica, whenever we visited her. For a year, we went to give her dinner every day, and if it wasn't dinner, it was breakfast or lunch. We visited my mother every single day. And we were lucky to do that, because we were able to keep track of the irregularities at the nursing home. I advise against admitting anyone to this place unless they change management and some of the staff.

Good afternoon. This care home leaves much to be desired. My mother was a resident for a year, and I can assure you that both the caregivers (except for Vairon, María, Leila, and Zaira, whom I am very grateful to) and the director have disappointed me greatly. I want to add that I don't appreciate the claim that we haven't visited her, because both her daughters and granddaughters have been there EVERY afternoon to give her dinner. I believe it's important to consider both good and bad reviews and learn from them, rather than becoming defensive and saying things that are untrue and out of place. This speaks volumes about everyone's professionalism. Finally, whenever you want to have an interview with the director, she will always send the psychologist (Juani) to speak with you, as she is the one speaking on her behalf. Thank you, and I hope the management improves for the well-being of the residents.

I'm giving it one star, and only because I can't give it less. If you care about your loved ones, don't consider this residence. My grandmother has been here for a year. Things have gotten worse every day. The treatment from several of the caregivers is degrading, especially Toñi and Mónica. Toñi even hits the residents. Mónica also performs podiatry duties, even though she's not a podiatrist. Then there's the management. Ruth, well, she doesn't show up for interviews, she's nowhere to be found. Depending on what suits her, she asks you to deposit money into one account or another, why? She must be keeping the money for herself. Next up is the nurse, Yolanda. My grandmother is about to have her foot amputated due to poor or nonexistent care. Scheduled hospital visits have been missed because of her mismanagement. Another disgraceful person who either won't face you or lies. And then there's the food. Awful. They make up the portions, they're small, and there's a lack of protein. The only two people worth anything are María, one of the caregivers, who is being exploited, and Leyla, another caregiver. They're the only ones who have ever responded. Never put your loved one in a place like that. Not to mention that the elderly residents spend all day sitting around doing absolutely nothing.

Workers and suppliers of this care home should beware. The current director, Ruth, owes money to employees of her previous care home, yet she's happily collecting payments from the families currently living there. They call her, but she doesn't answer.

Spectacular service, we highly recommend this residence. They treat us incredibly well, and the great new addition of canine therapy and music therapy is fantastic. They really care about the residents. We need more residences like this that look after their residents. A big hug from José and Boby. We also want to highlight the wonderful staff, the great director, and the amazing psychologist, Juani.
