My mother has been a resident at Santa Oliva since the day she entered. My sister and I have nothing but praise for the excellent treatment the residents receive from all the staff. And since they've put a kitchen back in the residence, even better! Keep up the good work! Thank you so much!

I have my mother, she never has clean clothes and nothing to wear. Today they put her to bed with dress pants, there are no clean pajamas, and they don't know where her clothes are either. The night caretakers are terrible and they neglect the elderly and make them suffer with their lack of attention. Where is the person in charge of the center?

Good morning, this is a nursing home with many shortcomings. My relative has been living here for a while, and there are many things that need improvement. The noise is unbearable, chairs are dragging, which can be easily fixed by simply putting in some earplugs. The staff is generally competent, but some auxiliaries leave something to be desired due to their disrespectful treatment of the residents. There's not enough room to spend time with families. We have to use the gym while others exercise. And like that, a lot of shortcomings. Crazy. Much to improve.

Don't bring your parents to this center, they need to improve a lot. As soon as I can, I'm taking my parents out of here.

I want to highlight the excellent work of the nursing assistants who cared for my mother for six and a half years. I was able to share my mother's last three days with them, and their dedication and affection towards her and the family were remarkable. I can say that she didn't lack a single kiss or caress from any of them. Now, let's talk about the despotic and unpleasant treatment I had to endure from a nurse on the afternoon shift who thinks she's going to inherit the residence along with the director, who doesn't think he's going to inherit it; he thinks it's his, as he himself admitted. The director treated our entire family with such despotism, rudeness, and a complete lack of humanity that, because of him, my mother's passing—a place we never had any problems with in six and a half years—will leave us with such a bad memory.
