La Residencia Espitlles recibe críticas severas principalmente por su gestión administrativa y cumplimiento contractual, particularmente respecto al reembolso de pagos tras el fallecimiento de residentes, con múltiples usuarios reportando demoras de meses o la falta total de devolución de dinero adeudado, a pesar de tener documentación completa.     I do not recommend this residence, my mother died in October and we are still waiting for them to return the part of the monthly payment that she did not use, to which we are entitled by contract. It is not fair that after losing a family member we have to wait for them to give us what is due to us. After several calls they blame the manager who handles their accounts but I see that this is not the reason since there are other reviews from other family members who have had the same thing happen to them, therefore... they are not telling the truth and are breaking the contracts!

    They are a bit of a disgrace when a grandpa dies they don't return anything they have overcharged when you call to remind them that they have to return your money it is always the manager's fault. When I took a day to pay for the residence they called right away. Probably the worst residence management in the country

    According to the contract, in the event of the death of the user, the days that the residence was not used must be refunded. The payment was made on March 25 in advance (as is normal) but my grandmother only stayed there for 6 days because she died. All the documentation of the will and certificates that the Residence requested have been sent to be able to proceed with the refund of 24 of the 30 days paid and after 6 months they still have not done so, despite having sent several emails and made several calls in a more than correct and friendly manner. Obviously, at this point, the issue will be passed on to the Consumer Office, a private lawyer and I will publicize this incident through various means so that other users/relatives can take it into account...unless the situation of this incident is reversed, of course. The staff of the residence knows that I had always fought for the well-being of my grandmother and I will continue to fight for her rights despite her death, just as she would have done and did throughout her life. I would like to add that despite this incident, the treatment received by the staff was more than correct. Possibly the problem is with the company that manages the Residence and not with the hired staff who do their job in the best way. In case of resolution of the case, I will also inform you through a Google review.

    Clean residence, friendly staff and the grandparents are active and well cared for. Very beautiful surroundings. It should be better signposted from Monjos or Moja.
