Lack of staff for so many elderly people. This leads to little attention to their often very basic needs. The ownership and management recently changed. It seemed like it should be for the better, but it wasn't.

I do not recommend it. My mother came in fine, she stopped walking, they left them in the dining room, they did not pay any attention to them. After two days she was already drooling, she saw things, I explained it to me and told the management and after two days they gave her the little pill so she would not talk, it would be a disgrace if she had not gotten it out she would have been a vegetable. The wheelchairs were disgusting, full of vomit, the whole residence smelled of pee. I do not recommend it at all!!!!

A senior residence where my grandmother is. The staff goes out of their way to care for the grandparents. We are very happy with the treatment they provide, both to the grandmother and the family. Highly recommended.
