My mother stayed there for almost a year, and the care and treatment she received was fine. My complaint is that when my mother passed away, they were supposed to refund me the deposit I paid. I had to constantly insist, calling every week to claim my late mother's money, and all they gave me were excuses! Finally, after much persistence, I managed to get my €700 back, almost a month and a half later. I had to go and collect it from the residence, and they were also supposed to return her clothes. When I got home, some clothes were missing, and others weren't hers. I called again to insist... To this day, they're still giving me excuses, and it's been more than three months! I suppose since they're no longer getting paid, they're no longer interested!

In my case, even after insisting, they did NOT return my deposit, and when my father passed away, his wallet, money, walking stick, etc., were nowhere to be found. They were incredibly unscrupulous. Obviously, I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM, absolutely not!
