La Residència El Nadal presenta valoraciones extremadamente polarizadas, con la mayoría de usuarios (4 de 5 reseñas) reportando graves deficiencias en calidad de atención, falta de personal capacitado, actividades insuficientes y mala gestión general, considerando que el coste mensual no justifica el servicio prestado. Sin embargo, dos usuarios destacan la limpieza, el trato atento del personal y el bienestar de los residentes, lo que sugiere experiencias muy dispares según el momento o las circunstancias individuales.

They pay a lot of money monthly, to have the residents poorly cared for and the food is bad. It's a scam. There are no good professionals. Bad management, bad organization, lack of staff to properly care for the residents. It's not a recommended residence.

The staff is understaffed, which means they don't respond quickly enough to residents' needs. There's no adequate daytime activity plan for residents. They overuse sedatives to keep residents sedated, giving an impression of peace and harmony. They don't invest material resources in the well-being of residents. The administration and some of the staff are disrespectful to residents and families. I'm not giving this company a zero because Google won't let me.
