La Residència El Cel de Rubí recibe alabanzas generalizadas por su personal atento y cariñoso, sus instalaciones bien mantenidas, excelente alimentación y ambiente familiar que promueve actividades y bienestar de los residentes. Sin embargo, una reseña detallada y preocupante documenta un deterioro significativo en la calidad de atención hacia el final de la estancia de una residente, incluyendo aislamiento, falta de seguimiento médico adecuado y ausencia de comunicación de la gerencia durante una situación crítica, lo que sugiere posibles deficiencias en la capacidad

I have nothing but praise for this place. From day one, we felt supported and at ease. The staff is excellent—always attentive, caring, and highly professional. The facilities are very well maintained, and you can tell there's a warm, family atmosphere. They constantly organize activities and make sure the residents are active and well cared for. For us, it was a wonderful choice, and we would definitely recommend it to any family looking for a place where their loved ones are cared for with respect and affection.

A few years ago, I brought my wife to this residence. It was a very difficult decision for me, but time proved me right. Here, she was cared for with a love and patience I will never forget. She was always treated with respect and kindness, and made to feel supported at all times. I visited her every day, and they always greeted me with a smile and reassuring words. My wife is no longer with us, but I have very fond memories of her time here. In difficult times, human connection is everything, and I always felt supported and understood. I can only express my gratitude for the care she received and for the peace of mind they gave me during such an important period in our lives.

My grandmother has been in this care home for a while now, and we absolutely love it. We love the care provided by the staff and the environment. The food is very good. I highly recommend it.

An excellent residence with a very attentive and friendly team of staff. They allow us to take my grandfather for walks in the park across the street, something we really enjoy and that's good for him. It's a comfortable, well-maintained place where he feels at ease. Highly recommended.

Good afternoon again. On May 12th, I wrote the review that appears in the following paragraph, explaining how my mother stayed at the El Cel de Rubí SL Nursing Home from July 2020 to June 7th, 2023. Today, May 26th, I found seven "new" reviews in 24 hours, with a 5 to increase the rating of said Nursing Home. These reviews were written by people who are sympathetic to the Nursing Home after the Family Festival held in May. I understand that everyone has their own opinion based on their experience, but the ratings are intended to guide future clients and NOT to use said Festival as a MANIPULATION strategy by the Nursing Home managers to increase the rating. On the one hand, I have yet to receive any apology or explanation for the treatment received by the El Cel de Rubí Nursing Home in the final weeks of my mother's life. On the other hand, I hope that the "sympathetic" family members who gave the Nursing Home a 5 will NEVER find themselves in the same situation of loneliness, confusion, and helplessness that my family found themselves in. Good afternoon. My mother was in this nursing home from July 2020 to June 7, 2023. The treatment was more or less adequate until December 2022, when she was admitted to the Terrassa Mutual Health Insurance Company for dysphagia. Upon her return, things got worse, as my mother needed more care. They kept her isolated, didn't give her the attention she needed, and her health continued to deteriorate. The Nursing Home is not prepared to have residents of different levels. On the other hand, when my mother worsened after May 2023, they didn't have a doctor to treat her, and the care at the referral medical center was also appalling. Finally, after much insistence, my brother and I, and seeing that my mother already had a fever and wasn't eating, we managed to get her admitted to the Mutua de Terrassa Hospital on June 7, 2023. However, since Residencia el Cel had already given up on my mother, she fell into such poor condition that she died on June 26, 2023, despite the excellent care from Residencia el Cel de Terrassa. There was nothing they could do. That same day, June 7, we discharged my mother from the Residence, as we hoped to transfer her to another, better-equipped residence, but we didn't have time. At no point did anyone from the management team at Residencia del Cel de Rubí contact us. Therefore, both for their management and their humanity, a ZERO. I do not recommend this Residence to anyone.
