My wife spent a year in that residence and lost 16 kilos, poor food or insufficient falls due to carelessness of caregivers, but that is not the worst after three and a half months with mucus in the throat without medical care because the only thing they did was put the stethoscope over her clothes and I asked every day that they refer her to the hospital. They refer her with her lungs completely collapsed without solution summary (my wife dies four days after admission the hospital report says that she is admitted malnourished and at the entrance a doctor tells us that she was in a state of contusions which is not reflected in said report
