The facility is very good, the staff are very professional and provide excellent service. My father lives there and he's very happy. The seniors' residence is upstairs. Downstairs are the children, and I've walked past them; they were kind and friendly.

If you care about your family member, don't take them there. The staff is incompetent, unqualified, and negligent, from the nursing assistants and nurses to the management. They don't follow medication regimens or guidelines, and they don't care in the slightest about the residents. My family member died after only four months there, having entered in perfect health. A complaint has been filed with the inspection service.
