Friendly and caring service. The place is very clean. The residents are well looked after. A well-equipped and recommendable facility for anyone looking for this type of residence. Overall, very good.

My uncle was a totally dependent person. In the months he was at the Monges Vetlladores residence, he received excellent care from all the staff on all shifts. At the time of his death, the religious and medical care was very respectful and complete. I can only say thank you!

I have my doubts about the humane treatment being good; there are days when you can hear residents screaming. Just one night, I called because of screaming, and they told me they were attending to the patient. It only happened after I started talking to the patient and said, "Don't worry, this will be posted on Instagram." I have no qualms about making these kinds of comments publicly so that this residence doesn't cause these people any more pain. Updates: The nurses yell at the patients/residents for using the call button. I imagine if I can hear that from the building across the street, what must they be saying to each other in hushed tones?
