La Residència de La Inmaculada presenta opiniones muy divididas entre usuarios: mientras algunos destacan un ambiente de paz, buena atención y excelentes instalaciones, otros reportan un deterioro significativo en la calidad de gestión y cuidado desde 2018, así como problemas en el trato del personal directivo. Las valoraciones oscilan entre experiencias muy positivas de residentes actuales y críticas severas sobre cambios frecuentes en la administración y atención recibida.

Since Mother Paz, then Mother Superior of the residence, stepped down from running it in 2018, the management, maintenance, and care of residents have gone from bad to worse. Since her departure, the residence has changed management several times, but with disastrous results. I took my mother out in 2021... I was exasperated by the treatment she received. The location and facilities are (were) very good. It was a good place, but not anymore, too bad.
