Opiniones

My mother passed away less than 24 hours ago. I can't thank you enough for the care and affection with which she was cared for during her time in this nursing home, especially during her final moments. Thank you to all the staff, caregivers, nurses, and other caretakers. Thank you so much to everyone from the entire family. Roser Ballester Arbizu

Good afternoon, as a nursing home for elderly people with mobility issues, it's fine. It's old but fine. Now, if they're dependent, things change. I don't know if it's due to a lack of staff, but the neglect is palpable. When they also have Alzheimer's, things get worse. Since they don't complain, they're even more abandoned. The truth is, I took my mother because she was the only one who took her in, but both the care and the paperwork are the worst. I'm still waiting for the half-month difference when I... I had to rush my mother. It was a disaster. I took my mother to a public nursing home because they gave me a place. She was covered in sores, stained clothes, and lost clothes, crippled and skeletal. I don't recommend a nursing home to anyone when your family member is dependent, but keep in mind that everyone becomes dependent over time.

They took excellent care of my mother throughout her stay, until her passing. I visited her once or twice a week and was able to take her out into the garden almost every time. I hardly ever visited her indoors. The staff were always kind to her and to us. When she passed away, they were incredibly compassionate, both the staff and the nurses. I highly recommend them.

I don't recommend it at all. Everything was terrible. I had to move my mother's residence. Four falls in four days, a broken shoulder. Very poor care. She was treated very poorly. She came out with severe anemia. They didn't vaccinate her even though I gave my consent and they didn't tell me. A complete disaster. The new residence is overjoyed.

My dear mother, she had a wonderful, magnificent final four years, she was happy. From her world, confused by the illness, she was guided, with love, affection and care, she was so happy there. But the best thing I can say is how they treated me like a family member from the moment I arrived until that last, delicate moment, where I felt all the support, accompaniment and affection. And the most difficult thing to find, all of that didn't just come from the management team. From the first to the last, all of them!! Maximum involvement that I will never be able to thank enough
