Hello, I'm not really happy about it. My mother was in this care home, and I have nothing bad to say about the care she received. But when she passed away, I asked for her clothes back, and they always gave me the runaround. They'd say the person in charge wasn't there, or that they couldn't find the clothes, etc. No one ever bothered to call me and say, "Look, I'm sorry, we lost the clothes," or "We gave them to someone," etc. I know it seems silly to ask for clothes belonging to someone who's no longer here, but they're important to me. It'll be a year since she died soon, and I still haven't gotten over it; I miss her terribly.

Fantastic team, the whole team treats our families with respect and great care, making them feel at home. Their work, which is never sufficiently recognized, more than makes up for the limitations of their surroundings. I wish you the best!

The vast majority of the caregivers, as well as all the nurses, the doctor, and the social worker, are wonderful. The food is usually good. The biggest problem with this place is the lack of space; it should be better laid out and house far fewer people. Also, taking a resident out in a wheelchair is a nightmare; one of the caregivers has to position them on a mechanical ramp that breaks down constantly. Apparently, it's the best nursing home in Sitges in terms of the people who care for them, but the worst in terms of space.
