The residence is clean, and the staff there are really friendly and pleasant. You can see the care with which they treat the elderly and that they love their work. The only thing that's lacking, according to my grandmother, is the food. Her wife tells me it's terrible.

My experience was generally good, with the staff caring for the residents. The facilities were good.

There are so many negative things I could explain, the review would be too long. But there's one word that best describes it: CHAOS. In every way you can imagine. I don't recommend it at all, and if your relative has any type of dementia, even less so. It was the hardest, most desperate, and saddest experience of our lives. We are deeply sorry that my father ended his life there. Thinking it would be the best thing for him... We will always be sad. Let the company not bother asking me what happened. We said everything at the time, and it was no use.

When we went to see it, it looked like a five-star hotel, but in reality, it's a house of horrors. The management only cares about making ends meet, the nurses are the most incompetent I've ever seen, and overall, it leaves much to be desired. The staff do what they can, or what they're allowed to do. In short, if you have a loved one with dementia, I wouldn't recommend it at all.
