I have a relative in this care home, and both I and my closest family members are delighted with the treatment we receive from all the staff. They give us complete confidence and peace of mind about leaving our relative there.

The truth is, I don't have any family members in there, but what the people there say is heartbreaking. I saw how a dark-skinned woman mistreated an elderly woman who just wanted to see my baby, and she treats them badly every day. It made me very sad, that's why I'm sharing it. I'm not racist because I know what this is about, but it's truly awful. I would never put anyone there, nor would I even advise anyone else to do so.

For two weeks, we've been requesting information regarding my mother's reservation, and they haven't been able to provide it. Furthermore, the in-person visit we made today was cold and unfriendly, and they kept giving us the runaround, practically shutting the door on us.
