La Residència Bon Repos Terrassa recibe opiniones muy divididas que reflejan tanto fortalezas como áreas de mejora significativas. Mientras que muchos residentes elogian sinceramente la calidad del cuidado, la amabilidad del personal y la atención compasiva especialmente en momentos críticos, otros expresan preocupaciones válidas sobre las restricciones horarias de visita, la falta de personal que afecta la higiene diaria de los residentes, y comportamientos inapropiados de algunos miembros del equipo. We are happy with how well cared for my mother is, but I consider that the schedule to be able to see her, only 1 hour in the morning, and sometimes not even that if they take them to the bathroom right at 11 o'clock to go pick them up, and at 12 you take them because they prepare them to eat, as for hygiene, the face, the ears, the teeth, not one day they wash it, always with eye mucus well stuck, the ears, with a lot of wax, daily, the face full of dry porridge, from breakfast until 11 o'clock, when we arrive, well I understand that that can be fixed, it is being a little more for them, I understand that there is a lack of staff, but that does not mean that the job is not done well, and my mother never complains, on the contrary, I hope that all this is taken into account.

This nursing home's hours are nothing like what Google says. There's very little time to see family members. Regarding the staff, there are very few staff members, and there are two or three very rude people.

My grandmother spent her last days here, and my family is absolutely delighted with the care she received. It's nothing like most nursing homes; the staff is wonderful, and they even sent us a bouquet of flowers after her passing. Having worked as a caregiver myself and witnessed some truly awful situations... Thank you so much for making sure there are nursing homes that are truly worthwhile. A perfect 10. Thank you for making my grandmother's last days a little bit better.
