La Residencia Benviure ha experimentado una transformación significativa bajo la nueva dirección, ganándose elogios por la calidad del cuidado, la dedicación del personal y el trato compassivo hacia los residentes, a pesar de ocasionales limitaciones de personal. Sin embargo, persisten problemas importantes relacionados con la calidad y administración de las comidas, que afectan especialmente a residentes con necesidades dietéticas específicas como diabéticos. En general, los usuarios valoran altamente la atención humana recibida, aunque señalan que la gestión de servicios básicos como la alimentación requiere mejora urgente.

Good morning. Some time ago I posted a very unfavorable review due to terrible management. The current management has completely transformed how the center operates. There's always room for improvement, but finally they listen and try to make things better. My mother is in a phase where she needs a lot of attention, and I'm completely satisfied with the excellent work of the staff and the center. Thank you, Raquel. Everything changed when you took over as manager. Our elderly residents deserve the very best at the end of their lives! ❤️

My father has been in this nursing home for three and a half years. He has been very well cared for and attended to, despite the occasional staff shortage. Despite this, we want to emphasize that the staff's treatment of the elderly is beyond excellent, making my father's stay a comfortable substitute for his home, to the point where he called it "my house." We are grateful and satisfied with all the attention he has received. Thank you to all the staff for their dedication, despite being, in many cases, overwhelmed.

The food leaves much to be desired. Sometimes, they've skipped the mealtimes, leaving residents without breakfast until 11:00 AM, since dinner the previous day was at 7:00 PM. Imagine what that means for them, including the diabetics. The facilities are acceptable, but the food, which is so important, is bad.
