La Residència Bellaire recibe evaluaciones muy polarizadas: mientras que la mayoría de usuarios elogian el trato cálido y profesional del personal, la higiene impecable y la atención especializada para residentes con Alzheimer, otros reportan problemas graves como trato abrupt con residentes y familiares, prácticas comerciales cuestionables (aumento de ocupación sin transparencia) y falta de consideración hacia las limitaciones cognitivas de los mayores.     We are grateful for the way they have taken care of my mother who is suffering from Alzheimer's. I have been there almost every morning or afternoon, and I have never seen any attitude or any grandfather with a neglected or dirty appearance. There are completely autonomous residents who do activities. The grandparents with cognitive impairment (like my mother) are with everyone, I mean they are not separated... And they receive more particular attention in terms of changing and meals. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant and all the staff are affectionate as it should be in these jobs. Clean, ventilated rooms and the closets have clothes neatly arranged. You can go up to change clothes etc... whenever you want. A family-friendly and serious residence. My grandfather was a resident in 90 and my mother was until she left us. We have felt supported and loved. We can only be grateful. I have met very good people in Bellaire,

    Not at all recommendable. Abrupt treatment and lack of education with residents and even with relatives. "Family business-feud" with very little transparency. Constant loss of objects. Disproportionately interventionist medical care... Rooms for three residents, with PEV (economic aid from the Generalitat), when it should be for 2 residents (the ones they initially show). Sudden room changes and for the same price..They do not allow to be in the residents' rooms.

    From the very first moment, the treatment residents receive is admirable: professional, compassionate, and always with a smile. The staff is highly trained and demonstrates a genuine passion for their work.

    We felt very calm and well-accompanied. The staff is attentive, affectionate and professional. It is clear that they love what they do. It is grateful to find such a place for our grandparents.

    NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Terrible service from the staff; they called us to say that my grandmother was bothering us, when the poor woman has Alzheimer's.
