Hace dos años que ingresé a mi madre y no puedo estar más agradecida por el trato personal y el cariño que le dedican, por la gran variedad de actividades, tanto internas como externas, que realizan para estimularlos cognitivamente y por todo en general. Hello, it's midnight and the neighbors had to call the fire department, an ambulance, and the police because a woman was lying in the middle of the dining room, calling for help, and no one was coming to her aid. The firefighters finally managed to get in and help her, but no one from the staff showed up for over 40 minutes while the woman was lying on the floor. Then they finally appeared, and their excuse was that she didn't want to go to sleep. Before taking your family members to this creepy place, look for other options...

My mother, Tina, has been in the care home for about a year, and the treatment and support she received were more than adequate. I must mention that my mother's last hours were spent at the care home, and the kindness and support from Raquel, Carla, and the other staff were exceptional. They made things much easier for us. My mother lived in the residence for four years and passed away a couple of days ago. I wanted to thank Raquel, Esther, Ama, Laura, Biviana, and others (please forgive me for leaving them out) for the care and attention we received from all the staff, which made the whole process much easier for us.
