I apologize to the Aura residence for what happened; it was a misunderstanding. My parents and I were both at this residence and received excellent care. I hope to maintain the same good relationship I've always had with them, including the nurses, the social worker, and the caregivers. I also hope to see nurse Ana, and just as I apologized by phone, I will try to speak with her as soon as possible. Please forgive me personally, as a civilized person should.
