Hello to all the families reading this text that I want to share, which I don't find convincing, and I'll explain why I say this. After having my first experience in the world of day centers, and as I told you last year, which was wonderful, due to health issues I had to make the decision that no child wants to make: that my mother would become a resident and I would delegate her care to them, with all the pain in my heart. That's why I want to tell you that at that moment my family grew from three people to all the grandparents and all the caregivers, whom I'm going to take the liberty of naming because I think they always remain anonymous, and I want to give them names: Rosalia, Carolina, Claudia, Inma, Trini, Eva, Flory, Lizeth, Eli, and Jimena. With this, I want to thank them for everything they do for her, and no less for me, and ask for their forgiveness because they are dealing with a daughter who still doesn't accept the reality of the situation. I acknowledge that I make it more difficult for them, and I can't forget Montse, who is currently the director and never refuses anything I do or ask of her. And with this, I want to mention Judit and Alex; I don't know what would have happened to me and my mother without their help. I want to tell you from here how much you mean to me. I keep saying that the unconditional love you all give her is priceless, something that even her own family doesn't give her on many occasions. I don't want to prolong this any further. If my words can help any family make that difficult decision, I'm happy.

My mother spent almost a year at the day center and everyone is wonderful, both the caregivers and the director treat the grandparents with special affection. I totally recommend it. Thank you all very much.

Due to my father's illness, we had to seek professional help from the Roma residence team. From the very first moment, they treated us with kindness and care, answering all our questions. They treated my father with great affection, respect, and courtesy. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff they have, or I don't know who they are, doesn't respect the residents' rest time. It could be any time, 9, 10, 11 p.m., until the wee hours, making noises like dragging chairs and tables. It's really annoying, since it's as easy as buying the plastic sheets that go under the legs, or moving chairs before 10 p.m. Since it's a time of sleep and rest, it's impossible. On the other hand, regarding the washing machines, they turn them on at 3, 4, or 5 a.m. I just want to let you know that these are rest times. Since someone has left in person, they've called by phone, and it's useless. The residence is located below an apartment building; you have to respect the rest time of those of us who live above.

Having left this moment and knowing that this is an important part for families, where we all try to obtain the maximum information, I would like to share with all of you who are reading this text, my mother has been a user of the day center for almost two years and I can tell you that I have no words to thank the treatment, the affection, love that she has shown my mother, both from the assistants who kiss her more than we, her relatives, do, unfortunately my mother has had a major relapse and I can't stop mentioning Judith and Alex, I will not have a life to thank them for what they have done for my mother without thinking for a moment, helping me so that my mother becomes a resident. I do not want to go into details because they are unnecessary, but I do want to tell families like me not to hesitate if you are looking for that support that we need so much. Greetings and forgive my spelling mistakes, the truth is that right now I do not care, the important thing is the message that I transmit to you.
