Very small place for all the residents. Regular toilet and shower. Courtyard is fine, though somewhat neglected. There's an unsuitable mix of residents. People with good mental capacity are mixed with those suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's. This is not ideal for those who are better off.

Of all the residences I've seen, I'm so glad my mother is here. Few places offer such personalized service, and the apartment is beautifully appointed with a fantastic terrace. The management is delightful.
