The manager has ignored repeated requests from neighbors seeking rest for their families. He arrives hours later each day and is unwilling to address the problem; so much so that we neighbors have been forced to contact the police (this isn't the first time). Today, the employee who came to the door told me to return at a specific time to discuss the matter with someone, and when I did, she yelled at me/insulted me, claiming I was disturbing her. It's not enough that he doesn't let the neighboring families rest; now he has to insult them... shameful! One has to wonder, if an employee is willing to insult a neighbor in front of a customer... what happens behind closed doors? Disturbing... to say the least!

It's shameful. The only good thing is the human quality of some workers who, without resources, can only offer quality through their empathy for the residents. Otherwise, the quality is nonexistent, the services are lacking, and the failure to comply with European regulations regarding nursing homes where social services are provided is a priority. And does the city council carry out the appropriate inspections?

A great team of people, including the nursing assistants, some of the nurses, the reception staff, and the social services team. The management and medical staff in the final stage were very insensitive and showed little empathy when dealing with family members during consultations. There were frequent losses of personal belongings and good-quality clothing.

It gets worse every day, and there's more to come... The president, with her hubris syndrome, should look at the consequences of her imposition, which is exactly what she's been doing since day one. She thinks she's a leader, but she's not. The residents are the ones who suffer the most. She only shows up to carry out orders, never to address the needs of the staff or the residents.
