La Residència Anna destaca por su excelente trato humanitario, profesionalidad y dedicación genuina del personal hacia los residentes, con comida casera de calidad, buena higiene y comunicación constante con las familias. Aunque las instalaciones no son modernas ni lujosas, los usuarios valoran enormemente la atmósfera familiar y el cuidado con empatía y sensibilidad que caracterizan la residencia, considerándola una decisión acertada y merecedora de gratitud.

My mother has been here for over two years, and although I was hesitant about care homes, I have to say I'm delighted with the way the staff treat the elderly. They are very competent, but also very caring and patient with the residents; it's truly admirable and deserves praise. Furthermore, the food is homemade, the hygiene is excellent... I'm very happy with the decision to place her here. Thank you.

My mother has been at this residence since July, and I have to say I'm very happy. The staff treat the elderly people very well; they are affectionate, which is incredibly important. The food is homemade and very good. They take care of the residents' hygiene and the cleanliness of the facilities and rooms. The residence may not be the most modern, but the price/quality ratio is very good. Communication with the families is constant and fluid. They inform you of any problems or needs your family member may have.

With these lines I want to thank the 10 years that my mother (Roser) was admitted to this center. It is true that it is a small residence, without luxuries, but what makes it different from the others is the great human treatment that the workers have with the people admitted. Workers who have given all their love and desire to do things well. A special mention for the night worker (whose name I don't remember) because when my mother was dying she was telling me anecdotes of what my mother did at night with her roommate and I also realized that my mother had told her about my family and she knew us without having ever met. An intimate moment that I will never forget. THANK YOU!!
