La Residència Amistat i Benestar cuenta con un equipo altamente profesional y cariñoso que ha ganado la admiración y gratitud de la mayoría de las familias, quienes destacan la mejora significativa en la salud, bienestar y calidad de vida de sus residentes, así como las excelentes instalaciones y ubicación. Sin embargo, existe una reseña negativa que señala problemas graves relacionados con la calidad de la comida y el trato inadecuado de algunos cuidadores, lo que sugiere que la experiencia puede variar dependiendo del personal asignado a cada residente.

10 out of 10. My grandmother has lived at Amistat i Benestar for almost three years and we have not regretted our decision for a single day. Great professionalism, a beautiful place, but also a lot of love and respect and a very good relationship with the families. When we were no longer able to take good care of my grandmother, Amistat i Benestar gave her care, hygiene, routines, activity, health and lots and lots of affection. With each visit we have felt calmer. A great team, very professional, very attentive. Although it is listed as a residence, they are also a family and make families feel included. We are very, very grateful.

Letter of Appreciation to the Amistat i Benestar Residency Dear Amistat i Benestar Residency Team, I am writing this letter with a heart full of gratitude and a lump in my throat. My mother's decision to leave the residence has been a hard blow, not because I believe there will be a better place, but because I know that she will never find the warmth, professionalism and, above all, the love that you have given her here. During the time that my mother has been with you, I have witnessed a miracle. Her health, her spirit and her quality of life have improved in a way that neither I nor the doctors believed possible. And I know, with complete certainty, that this would not have been the case if it were not for each and every one of you. You not only cared for her, you healed her. With your patience, your professionalism and your infinite kindness, you gave her years of life. You gave her back her smile and made her feel important again. It hurts me deeply that my mother and my sisters were not able to see the reality that I did see. I am extremely sorry that they did not appreciate the exceptional work you did for her. I apologize, on behalf of my family, for not being able to recognize the jewel that this residence is. I would like to make a special mention of some people who have become fundamental pillars for my mother. Thank you to Albert, Ricard, Manolo and, especially, Núria, for being her traveling companions. Your joy and support have been invaluable. I know that you truly cared about her, and that is something we will never forget. And, last but not least, I want to express my deepest gratitude to Josep and Mercè. You are the soul of the residence. Your leadership, your infinite patience and your exceptional treatment have been the anchor for my entire family, especially in the most difficult moments. Yesterday my mother turned 100. She's been in this residence since 2020, and we're very happy with everything, especially the wonderful care and attention given to the residents. My mother was previously in a residence in Barcelona, and the change has been spectacular, both in her recovery and in the advantage of being able to go outside and breathe fresh air in the garden. In her previous residence, she was always drowsy. Yesterday, she received a special recognition from the Mayor and Councilor, which I am incredibly grateful for. Thank you to the entire team.

The residence is located in a prime location with spectacular views. It has a large garden and everything is easily accessible. The service is very friendly and professional. The location and the people are incredible. I definitely recommend it.

Terrible. The food was awful, and the way some of the caregivers treated her left much to be desired. At night, one caregiver put on her headphones and phone and ignored everything. My mother was forbidden from covering her legs with a blanket because she was cold, and bringing her anything she wanted was an ordeal—it was completely forbidden. And many other things. Luckily, she's no longer there.
