La Residència 3ª edat Maria de Luján presenta opiniones extremadamente polarizadas, con residentes y familiares altamente satisfechos elogiando la atención, el trato cálido y las actividades recreativas, mientras que otros reportan cambios drásticos tras un cambio de dirección, incluyendo pérdida de peso severa, sobremedicación y trato desconsiderado del personal. Las críticas más graves señalan una gestión deficiente, falta de personal y prácticas cuestionables, sugiriendo que la calidad de la atención ha experimentado un deterioro significativo en el tiempo.

Please be very careful when choosing a care home for your family members. The treatment is unprofessional, and the management provides appalling care. They paint a rosy picture at first, but you soon realize they're only interested in keeping the residents quiet and asleep so they don't cause any trouble. They don't care if the person is lucid and able to tell their family about the treatment they received. I didn't like it at all, and I was only there for ten days. I know for a fact that the director's treatment of patients is poor. I'm not giving it zero stars because I can't, but be vigilant when choosing a care home. These are our family members, and they need to be well cared for and treated with the respect they deserve.

My mother was with Pilar Luján for 10 months and received excellent care. Since the change of director, there are fewer staff members, and my mother has lost 20 kilos in 3 months. I had to take her out because otherwise she would have died. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I'm giving it one star because there aren't any less. Both the manager and her son speak poorly and treat you badly. The place is dark... they don't like visitors. All the old folks are sitting in chairs. Medicated and in unnecessary diapers, I'm speaking for myself. Everything is messed up... it's a good way to get the money, but the treatment doesn't equal what you pay. BE CAREFUL.

My mother is delighted, they treat her very well, she is very well looked after, she eats very well and they always have activities to keep her entertained, they comb her hair and shower her every week.
