La Residència 3ª edat Llar de l'avi cuenta con un equipo profesional dedicado y una dirección que proporciona excelente cuidado a los residentes, generando confianza y satisfacción entre las familias de los usuarios. Sin embargo, existen quejas significativas sobre el trato de una empleada específica (Katherin), cuyo comportamiento inadecuado ha afectado negativamente la experiencia de algunos clientes y podría comprometer la reputación general del establecimiento.
