My father has been in this residence for almost three months, and we cannot express our gratitude enough. The care he received was always professional, compassionate, and full of humanity. We felt supported at all times, and he was very well cared for, with love and respect. On the day he passed away, they also supported us in a very special way, with such sensitivity and a warm, personal touch that we will never forget. It meant so much to us to feel that human warmth during such a difficult time. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and for taking such good care of him. The families of the residents also helped us feel very welcome and supported in such a short time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
