Residència 3ª edat El Jardí recibe valoraciones extremadamente negativas de sus usuarios, quienes denuncian de manera consistente una grave falta de personal (apenas 2-3 cuidadores para casi 30 residentes), negligencia médica, condiciones higiénicas deplorables con plagas, comida de muy baja calidad, ausencia total de actividades y un trato negligente hacia los mayores, mientras que algunos familiares señalan prácticas irregulares de gestión como el despido de personal dedicado y presión para obtener reseñas positivas. It's terribly disturbing that this nursing home is still open. I hope the authorities see what's happening very soon and close it down, especially for the sake of these defenseless people. The most serious and shameful thing is buying five review points in exchange for the approval of an assistant's certificate. It's the last thing the director of this center has done with a trainee. I've seen that girl work, and I can assure you she sat back, loved to butt into other people's conversations, and was known among the assistants for being a notorious liar despite her young age. (On one occasion, the grandparents witnessed an argument in which an assistant raised her voice, asking her to stop bringing and carrying gossip.) This is what the center's staff said (no one could say anything to this girl because otherwise she would call her tutor). According to the assistants, she never did anything because her back was bad, she left early, or simply didn't come to work, and she got many privileges. When you speak to the workers in confidence, you can see the anguish and helplessness they feel when they see all of this and more. When they take a long time to open the door and you see their faces, you realize how the center is treating them.

This nursing home is a disgrace. There are only two assistants for almost 30 residents, and they're responsible for answering the door, the phone, the laundry, the kitchen, and cleaning. This is disgraceful, exploitative. The assistants aren't allowed to speak. The grandparents have had scabies for a long time, but the management keeps telling them it's not true. The courtyard is terrifying; there are rats and cockroaches. The food is awful, it's disgusting. My grandmother became very, very thin because she didn't want to eat; she said it often smelled bad. And the sausages in her sandwiches were moldy. Luckily, we were able to get her out of that place. It's a shame for those who are still there.

Buenas soy la hija cuidadora de mi madre que veis en la imagen. Ella ha estado en la residencia año y medio hasta su fallecimiento por metastasis de cancer y hubo que sedarla . Primero de todo las trabajadoras son de 10 aunque llegan a donde pueden con las pocas ayudas que les da la organización Directora y superiores. La comida pésima, la limpieza escasa , el mobiliario roto . En plena sedación en la residéncia solo puedo agradecer el trabajo de la *persona que hecharon* por ayudar a mi madre. Hasta el quinto día no se digno en subir el médico ni la enfermera de la residencia a ver como estábamos la familia. El fisio lo juntito. La directora ni mandar un mensaje de lo que necesitéis y contar que no nos despegabamos en 14horas del lado de mi madre , mi hermana o yo . Me entere que le quedaban días de vida por llevarla urgente al hospital 🏥 ya que el médico la ignoraba.. he pagado el 100% del coste de la residencia para que estuviera bien y es como dicen en anteriores comentarios los tienen para que mueran ya que saben que tienen lista de espera. La comida es pésima, fritos, purés indalubles . Limpieza escasa y cuando quieren te restringen el acceso y los tienen encerrados sin visitas y sin poder sacarlos a la calle. Incluso la ropa me la tenia que llevar personalmente a limpiar a casa porque te la destrozan. El mobiliario está viejo y roto y menos mal de quejas que han cambiado algo pero con los 2200€ que cobran poco hacen . Lavadoras y secadoras rotas . Y toldo del patio roto para que no puedas disfrutar del partio. Ninguna actividad y las que han habido es porque he llevado en Navidad a entidad de SPM para bailar.. claro ellos no que estan todo el día sentados . La directora me pidió que hiciera una buena reseña pero no es justo para las familia que quieran llevar a sus abuelos o padres. Espero que si no mejora la cierren. La hija de Emilia Pérez M.A

To begin, I want to speak as respectfully as possible and from my own experience. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The treatment of the elderly is appalling. My grandmother is there, and I wish I could move her despite paying an exorbitant amount. They provide no care whatsoever. No matter how many complaints you file, they threaten you, and the director never does anything about it. My grandmother has escaped seven times, simply by taking the keys from a caregiver and leaving, putting her life at risk and the possibility of her falling. The worst part is, they don't even realize she's escaped, and you have to take it upon yourself to bring her back to the residence. One day, she ended up at my house, and we had to call emergency services because they didn't have the decency to come and get her. Furthermore, they don't organize any activities to entertain the poor residents. They simply sit for hours, bored, as if they were waiting to die, if you'll excuse the expression. If we're already struggling with their illness, the care home makes it even worse because of the appalling care they provide and the lack of reassurance that they'll be alright. They neglect their clothes, mix them up, and are always terribly dressed. The only caregiver who seemed to enjoy her work was fired because she "was useless," and the staff who stayed are those who themselves are unhappy to be working there. A serious lack of dedication. A terrible experience; I hope that one day the complaints will be effective and they'll be able to close it down. Thank you ❤️
