I had to find a care home for my mother because the situation had become unbearable, as she suffers from vascular dementia. I found the Montserrat care home, which fit my budget, and as soon as I saw it, I knew it was perfect for her. The center isn't the most luxurious, let's be honest, but it has everything necessary for the care of dependent individuals. It's in an idyllic location, surrounded by nature and houses in Torrellas. The care is outstanding; they are incredibly loving and attentive. My mother, who was terrified of having to move into a care home, is absolutely delighted and tells everyone how much. They offer all the services: hairdressing, pedicures, and they organize many activities. They create murals for all kinds of events: Valentine's Day, Christmas, seasonal celebrations, and they even throw their own parties because our loved ones deserve everything. The seating is adjustable to suit each individual's needs. They go out onto the terrace every day, weather permitting, for walks. I'm also very happy with all the staff, although I know Yolanda, Xavi, and Paco best—they're all lovely—and the manager, Montse, is a sweetheart. They make everything so easy. I recommend it 100% because, for me, customer service is paramount.

I only called to ask for information, and a very unpleasant woman answered, telling me in a few words not to bother them... I have a pet rat, and I won't even leave that in the care of these people. If they treated me like this, a fully functioning person capable of defending myself, I don't want to even imagine how they treat defenseless grandparents. I've called 40 nursing homes, and the response has been the same, but with polite and pleasant treatment. This one, as far as you know, doesn't have any places, and this is a rude greengrocer's office, just to be clear...

A small, family-oriented residence. It's not geared towards visitors because the focus is on the residents. Excellent care. My mother arrived there in very poor condition, and they stabilized her. The staff is incredibly kind and caring. The residence feels like a small family in a lush, green, spa-like setting where the air is fresh and clean. Highly recommended. They take excellent care of the elderly. My mother is here and loves it, and she's very picky. They eat super well. And they feel right at home. They take very good care of them. I highly recommend it.

Terrible, bad food, and no activities, just watching TV all day. Only one bathroom for all residents.
