Opiniones

Hello, my experience, the time my father was here, was very good. The treatment was very humane and familiar. Above all, I would like to thank the professionals who lovingly dedicate themselves so much to their work. My father arrived with anemia and was quite unfocused due to his dementia, and in less than a month he seemed like a different person. Thank you for everything.

I love this residence. It's small, a large house with courtyards where my father walks freely. The staff is very friendly and treats my father well, which is very difficult. When I can no longer care for myself, I want to be taken there. Peace and quiet. It might sound like I'm selling it, but that's exactly what I'm doing.

I just called to get information for my mother who has dementia, and when I told her it would be for the summer, she told me to call back then. I told her I live out of town and that I wasn't going to wait until the last minute to get information and visit the facility, and she hung up on me! This care home is off my list. If this is how they treat a family member, I don't even want to imagine how they treat the residents.

A harmful residence, detrimental to the health of residents with pre-existing conditions. A deplorable medical service and an overbearing and audacious nurse, deplorable personal hygiene for the elderly, a lack of opportunities to visit residents, a laundry room from the 20th century—torn towels, worn-out sheets hung on the wire fence—they seem unaware of the existence of dryers in the 21st century. They shouldn't skimp on expenses; with the amount they charge monthly, they should invest in the well-being of the residents and give a better appearance of something they clearly lack. I find it outrageous that they withhold €2,121.60 for 20 days for expenses of €31.73 from a widow who, from the date of death, is left without income. She should make a provision for these expenses and settle the accounts at the end of the month. This is my opinion, the dissatisfaction I have resignedly endured regarding my father's admission. Clearly, after 15 days, I should have chosen another option, but I couldn't publicly announce this intention as it concerned other people. To the owner of the residence, if you wish to discredit my opinion about your facility, act accordingly, but this has been my assessment. It is not the opinion of my mother, an 85-year-old woman with neurological problems, incapable of making any judgment.

Poor patient management and inadequate cleaning (the elderly residents live confined in tiny rooms with little space, poor lighting, and numerous architectural barriers). The healthcare staff, especially those on the night shift, have limited medical experience. I believe the elderly residents are largely neglected when their families are not present.
