La Residència presenta opiniones extremadamente polarizadas: mientras algunos usuarios destacan un trato excelente, profesionalismo y atención dedicada hacia los residentes y sus familias, otros reportan problemas graves de cuidado como medicamentos retirados sin supervisión médica, falta de atención básica y desaparición de pertenencias. Aunque la residencia cuenta con buenas instalaciones, las críticas negativas sugieren deficiencias importantes en la calidad y consistencia de la atención al paciente, lo que genera dudas sobre la fiabilidad del servicio de cuidado.

Suspicious treatment of residents. Sometimes they lie to both families and residents. There are reprehensible acts at this residence: sometimes clothes have gone missing, or we've seen residents urinating without being attended to, or wounds not properly treated. It's true they have good equipment and facilities, but the quality of care is essential and should be their top priority, something we didn't see during our visits. Not recommended.

A terrible experience. My father, who has severe dementia, has had his medication taken away because, according to them, they can make him walk. They are not following the neurologist's treatment plan. I had to file a complaint to get them to give him his medication. When I asked about the sheets with holes, they told me it was because he's a patient who bites them. The patient care is deficient.

It's a small but very welcoming residence, and best of all, the staff are so attentive and kind to both residents and their families. I was delighted to see my father being cared for and so well looked after.
