Llar Residencial Floris recibe opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras algunos usuarios elogian el cuidado profesional, la calidez del equipo (especialmente bajo la dirección de Annabel) y las buenas instalaciones con servicios variados, otros critican duramente la falta de sensibilidad en situaciones delicadas y el alto coste privado que limita el acceso. I was there a few years ago, and it was really, really good. I called to try to get in again, but it's private and expensive. I thought social security would help. Oh well, a real disappointment!

For the past two years, my mother has enjoyed a peaceful life at Floris, accompanied and assisted by a warm, friendly, and professional team, led by the dedicated Annabel, who has repeatedly demonstrated their flexibility and adaptability in addressing my mother's specific needs. I was grateful for the way my grandmother was treated until her passing, at which point they showed her no respect whatsoever. They packed her belongings in plastic bags without waiting for the family to come and collect them, claiming they needed the bed because it was a business. Furthermore, items of great sentimental value disappeared without any explanation. It's very sad to see such a lack of respect during such a difficult time. I would like to highlight the kindness of some of the staff there.

Rectifying is something that must be done when things are not as they should be. I published an opinion about Llar Floris that was not what it should be. Llar Residencial Floris is a wonderful residence and the ideal place for the elderly who cannot be alone to have company and very good care with qualified staff where they can feel good. The management makes sure that everything works well and the residents can feel good.

They have a very competent team. I am a Family Worker and I have two people who are very well looked after. They tell me that the meals are very good and varied, the facilities are clean, the hairdressing service is affordable, and the podiatry is affordable. I am very happy, as are my residents who do not want to leave the place since they are from Blanes.
