A care home where you have to constantly beg them to do things properly. I highly recommend this residence due to the poor quality of service for the elderly. They're quick to collect payment, though; they talk a lot but do little to help those who can no longer care for themselves. ---I do not recommend it--- for leaving a loved one. They are unacceptable, especially the director, and not just the staff who follow orders. The Catalan government should conduct a thorough inspection. I am very dissatisfied with it; you can't leave a beloved grandparent in those conditions. ---I do not recommend it--- at all
