La residencia "Llar d'avis Sant Pol" recibe críticas devastadoramente negativas de la mayoría de usuarios, quienes denuncian trato inhumano y degradante hacia los ancianos, incluyendo prácticas de alimentación forzada agresiva y falta de dignidad en el cuidado, además de problemas graves de ruido nocturno que afecta a los vecinos. Únicamente una reseña positiva destaca el buen trato a empleados y profesionalismo, lo que contrasta fuertemente con las múltiples acusaciones de negligencia y crueldad que dominan el sentimiento general

I feel terrible. I've seen how they make our elderly suffer. They put food in front of them, and when they can't eat on their own, they force-feed them with the spoon shoved down their throats, constantly pushing it in so hard they don't even have time to swallow. I agree with a comment from another gentleman. I would like family members to contact me or the gentleman. LET'S HELP OUR ELDERLY. 😎

Good afternoon. After spending the weekend outside this nursing home, I must speak out on behalf of myself and my family about the degrading, inhumane, cruel, and loveless treatment of these people who have given their lives for us and fought to raise us, and who deserve all our love. They are treated like sacks to be changed, and if they don't eat, it doesn't matter; or they try to force-feed them like they're eating machines. They don't deserve this. I'm deeply upset, and that's why I'm going to continue with my complaint, including videos of the people involved (if you can even call them that), so that it reaches the families and the relevant institutions. LET'S LOOK OUT FOR OUR GRANDPARENTS. 😔

It's a torment to have this nursing home as neighbors. Last August 12th, I spent the entire night without being able to sleep because an elderly woman in one of the rooms in the home had the television and radio so loud that she couldn't sleep, and all the bathroom lights were on.

Another year, they have all the toilets on all night, dragging furniture around to clean up in the middle of the night. They're outrageous and they don't respect the neighbors' sleep!
