Opiniones

Not recommended. The staff (assistants) are very good! The social worker is a bit lax. The thing is, they only want people with few problems or who don't cause much trouble—"profitable people." If you don't fit that description, they refer you elsewhere and don't hold your place. They didn't give my father the opportunity to stabilize his medication and be readmitted. In short, it's a business.

Understaffed. What this means is that the elderly are neglected. They are not treated properly. It is not the family's problem that there are few workers and you cannot provide the necessary support. Every year that passes, it gets worse.

Good morning. My mother, Francisca Dominguez, spent her last year in the care home. She had been living at home, depressed and listless, and hesitant to go out due to personal beliefs. However, after just one week, she was very happy with the change. She passed away on November 13th. She had many health conditions and received care until her very last minute. I want to publicly thank, after already thanking her personally, all the staff at the care home. From the Director, Merçe, who always kept us informed, to Maria, the social worker, who is a wonderful person and helped us with all the paperwork, to the caregivers, who are very caring, with special mention to Adelaida, Maribel, Aleia, and others, to the nurses, the doctor, the podiatrist, and finally, but no less important, the cleaning staff, cooks, laundry staff, hairdresser... I hope I haven't forgotten anyone. Thank you all for making my mother's last year of life so much better than before. You motivated her and gave her so much love. Thank you. Finally, I would like to ask the management of the care home, if possible, to reinforce the shifts with more staff. They do everything they can and more, but a few more staff members wouldn't hurt. Best regards

Always been kind to my mother and the family. Good professionals. I could visit my mother whenever I wanted without warning, positive aspects because that way they were sure that they were not preparing her for the visit to be good but that she was always well taken care of.

My mother died a month ago due to the negligence of the staff. According to them, they found her in a strange state but they did nothing, not even calling the doctor. We arrived to visit her and found her asleep. We demanded that the doctor come and according to him she had a urinary tract infection. The next morning she was already unconscious, they took her to the hospital and when they ran a test, they saw that what she had was a stroke. I am reporting to the presidency for very bad treatment towards us.
