Hotel Prudenci - Residencia de ancianos recibe principalmente valoraciones muy positivas destacando la excelente calidad de atención, el trato amable del personal y las actividades recreativas como punto fuerte, aunque existe una reseña crítica severa que cuestiona la competencia de la dirección y los cuidados prestados. A pesar de pequeños inconvenientes menores mencionados (pérdida ocasional de ropa), la mayoría de familias expresan alta satisfacción y disponibilidad del equipo para resolver problemas, recomendando ampliamente el centro.

I'm delighted with the care my grandparents receive; it's true that some clothes get lost, but nothing major; if I mention it, they resolve the issue. I'm very happy with everyone's service in general. ❤️❤️ Also, if I have any problems or questions, both the staff and management are always available to help. If they can't assist me at that exact moment, they call me back.

I've known this residence for many years. The quality of care for the residents is excellent. I love all the activities they do at the center, especially the ones with the dogs (Samba, Kirby, and Pipo)—they're fantastic.

A very family-friendly residence. The facilities, although some parts are older, are fantastic, and the staff are excellent. Honestly, I give it a ten out of ten. The people are wonderful, and based on my personal experience—my mother stayed there for a while—I'm very happy! I recommend it 100%.

If you want your elders to leave quickly, take them there. My mother was killed in 4 months. There's little more to say: INCOMPETENT. The director's treatment leaves much to be desired with that air of superiority. Not a single sad call, not a single sad message... in short, pathetic. Go to another job because this one is too big for you. We'll leave you to what we love most so that you can be treated well and cared for as you deserve.
