La residencia "Hogar La Salud" recibe evaluaciones extremadamente polarizadas, con la mayoría de críticas severas que denuncian falta de empatía, trato deshumanizado hacia los residentes y deficiencias graves en la gestión y comunicación, destacando solo al fisioterapeuta como excepción positiva. Sin embargo, hay algunas opiniones favorables que la describen como acogedora y con personal amable, aunque estas son significativamente superadas por testimonios de usuarios profundamente insatisfechos que no recomiendan la residencia.

This care home is a disgrace, to put it mildly. I sincerely hope it's shut down. The treatment is inhumane, except for the physiotherapist. The Catalan government, especially the health department, is also largely responsible for the complete lack of oversight. Then they complain about Ayuso's daughter, but things in Catalonia are also far from ideal.

This nursing home is terrible. The human touch leaves much to be desired, if not nonexistent. Our elderly residents are treated like furniture or merchandise. How we regret ever taking my mother-in-law there. The staff (except for the physiotherapist) provide very poor care. All day long, they play bachata music, and the television for the caregivers is in Latin American Spanish. I don't care if I'm accused of xenophobia. There is very little to no empathy. The director is a whole other story—zero empathy. Our elderly residents are treated like merchandise. She is a very unprofessional person; her obligation is to supervise her employees, not to take advantage of the fact that we have to remain silent for fear of reprisals. We haven't said anything before out of respect for my mother-in-law, who didn't want us to complain for fear of retaliation. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NURSING HOME. I also blame the Generalitat (Catalan government) for not doing adequate follow-up. When they are going to carry out an inspection, they notify the center in advance.

They needed people to care for the residents. I emailed them a month ago and they still haven't bothered to reply. I call them but they don't answer the phone. It's a disgrace and shows a lack of professionalism.
