Terrible. The nurses are the only good thing about it. The medical care is very poor, and they have the elderly residents watching TV or sitting around doing nothing instead of engaging them in stimulating activities. As soon as we could, we moved my grandfather out of there because he was fading away. Since we moved him to a decent care home, his spirits have improved tremendously. The director is very rude, by the way.

The treatment received has been horrible. They take advantage in a regrettable way of the fact that there are no places in other residences and you end up going to the only one that has places available. Behind the initial friendly treatment there is an indecent management team. The staff that treated my father is spared.

I absolutely do not recommend it. Choosing this residence was undoubtedly the biggest mistake of our lives. The two directors, who were initially cordial, completely changed their attitude when we complained about the problems that arose. Their behavior was the worst part of all, with absolutely no empathy or interest in improving. Unfortunately, with our aging population, they have no shortage of people to fill the remaining vacancies. In our case, of course, we changed residences, which, instead of hurting them financially, proved extremely profitable for them, since in addition to the deposit, they had already collected the first month's rent in advance. But we were certain that my mother-in-law could not stay there any longer. Ask yourself this: why is the waiting list at other centers considerably longer?

Completely disastrous management. Pure business, no care for the residents. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL for level two or three care facilities, those with significant dependency needs, or those requiring any type of special care. Outdated, uncomfortable, and completely unergonomic equipment for the elderly. Absolutely terrible, with no value for money whatsoever.
