In memory of our mother, Iluminada We would like to sincerely thank the entire team at the Domus VI nursing home (Sabadell Citutat) for the care our mother received during the months she was with you, from her admission in February until her death on July 19th. At first, as a family, we struggled to adapt to the changes and felt that she wasn't being cared for as we would have at home, especially in everyday aspects such as diaper changes or help with meals. Over time, we realized that perhaps it was more our own obsession than reality. The truth is that, in the last two months, when she was already very weak, we found close, attentive, and humane care from everyone: the ward staff, the different shifts, nursing, physiotherapy, and, very especially, Dr. Danitza Cervera. We felt her dedication not only to our mother, but also to us as a family, accompanying us through the most difficult moments. We cherish the grateful memories of the treatment she received and the dignity with which she was cared for until the very end.

Excellent residence, where what stands out is not the facilities, but the human quality, the attention, and the warmth shown to the residents. Without a doubt, I have no doubts about choosing this residence. Excellent personal management and presentation by the social worker.

I did my first-year nursing placement at this center, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't positive. There was poor organization, constant staff turnover, and virtually no support, which made learning very difficult. I have previous experience as a nursing assistant at other centers, and I was surprised by some situations I hadn't encountered before. In the future, I would like to specialize in geriatrics, but this experience lowered my expectations considerably. Even so, I want to thank nurse Josep and the doctor for their professionalism and constant support. They were among the few who made me feel supported. They are very attentive and professional with the patients. I believe the center should improve both the care provided to residents and the monitoring and treatment of student interns.

Here's the updated review with the new information: My experience with DomusVi Sabadell is very negative. We admitted my grandfather to this facility, and one of the worst things that happened was that they gave him the wrong medication, which resulted in his emergency hospitalization. This demonstrates a serious lack of care and professionalism. Furthermore, I've seen other residents (yes, plural, because it's happened more than once) fall in the dining room, and there was no one to help them because they were alone. In addition, residents are often left in the bathroom, which leads to a lack of personal and general hygiene, as the hallways also smell bad. To make matters worse, there are people who steal their personal belongings. You can't bring them anything extra because it disappears. It's deplorable that they can't even feel safe with their own possessions. Finally, the frequent changes in management create significant disorganization, and this is reflected in the poor service the residents receive. I cannot recommend DomusVi Sabadell to anyone.

The facilities are fantastic, it's like a hotel. But what's truly outstanding is the staff: their kindness, sensitivity, and warmth... I'm speechless. Thank you for how you treat the residents! I highly recommend it.
