My mother recently started at the center. Our experience has been good; the adjustment is going well. They follow up with the family, and I can say that the staff is pleasant and attentive.

A lovely place to spend your days, with three witches on broomsticks, terrible food that makes the grandparents lose between 10 and 15 kg, a lack of staff, and almost nonexistent nighttime hours. In short, a place where you'll last a few more months of life, if necessary, and if possible, they'll be well medicated so they don't bother you. A disgraceful place. I hope they don't get approval for a public nursing home because it will never be up to par. Here, what prevails are economic interests and ensuring that the grandparents eat little and sleep all day and don't bother you!

With this review I want to thank the professionalism of the staff at the residence. My father has been there for almost 2 years and my mother for 2 months. Yesterday my father fell, due to age. And they managed the situation with all professionalism and following the protocol perfectly. Thank you for your help during these very hard and complicated times that we are going through. My mother is very happy to be here and with the affection that you treat her. Thank you very much July 2024: after 1 and a half years of being a resident, my father, Albert, has died. I want to thank, with all my heart, all the staff and management of the Center, for the support, attention, professionalism that you have offered both to him and the family during this time. Now you continue with my mother and we know that you are very concerned about her. You are a big family. Today, July 24, 2024, my mother died. Teresa. She died accompanied by her family and the family of Ceritania. From the bottom of my heart. I thank you for all the love you have given to my mother during these 4 months that she has been with you. My father has been living there for two years. It's a shame I can no longer think it's a good place to entrust a family member. There's a lack of staff in various areas, sometimes even minimum staffing levels aren't met, there's a change in organization, problems with the food, poor hygiene, a lack of outdoor areas, constant loss of clothing, poor communication and information, neglect of basic care, indifference to complaints, and much more. And yet, there are some wonderful people working at the center, but the overall management is terrible, and in my opinion, based on my experience, business interests take precedence over the well-being of the residents. Previously—a year ago—I wrote a positive review, which I've had to change due to all the problems that have arisen recently. Of course, I wouldn't choose this center for my father now.

A wonderful, expert team with great dedication. You can feel the family atmosphere. They follow the COVID protocols perfectly; not a single positive case since opening. They have excellent coordination in this regard. Since my grandmother moved to Ceritania, we feel much more at ease and can contact them whenever we want.
