There came a time when my grandmother Teresa could no longer manage her life with the dignity and control she required. We had always thought that having her at home with us would be the best option, so we resisted taking her to a nursing home. The day came when her admission to Llar Girona was unavoidable, and we can only be grateful for the treatment and care she is receiving. A wonderful team of professionals has not only improved her life but has also restored her dignity and control over her health.

My mother has been residing in Llar Girona for two years and we only have words of gratitude for Duvis and his team, especially Blanca, whom my mother was very fond of. There was only a small misunderstanding on an administrative issue that was quickly resolved thanks to Duvis. The facilities are very good and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. 100% recommended!

DISGRACEFUL AND SHAMELESS. My grandmother passed away, and they continued charging her for the nursing home and medication for two months. After complaining three times to both the director and the manager, we were finally able to resolve the issue ourselves with the bank. We didn't receive a single call, apology, or anything from them. Regarding my grandmother, when they cut her hair, they left it uneven. They removed her dentures because they said they caused sores, even though she had always worn them. They even asked me if I knew how to put them back in. They pureed her food. She arrived at the nursing home eating solid food on her own, but once there, she stopped eating independently. They wouldn't provide her hearing aid... In short, I'm giving it one star because there's nothing else. I absolutely do not recommend them.

We have been claiming a reservation for a space that was never used for a year. The reservation was made on March 8th, with the statement that the space would not be used before March 15th, 2023. They have kept our money for no reason. The manager, Duvis, kept telling me that it was being processed and lying to me until today. Then, in October, she sent us an email saying that they would not issue the refund.
