Experience, excellent service and most importantly taking care of grandparents and giving affection to the elderly are values that Orblanc complex excels in. Highly recommended if you are looking for guarantees, comfort and professionalism.

Hello!! I'm only giving one star because of some of the staff; otherwise, I wouldn't give it any. This residence leaves much to be desired, both in terms of facilities—the bathrooms in the living room have wooden doors like something out of a Western—and my mother's legs are covered in bruises (she's in a wheelchair and always had some kind of injury). The heating doesn't work, or they don't turn it on because it raises the gas bill so much, which I don't know what to think. The healthcare staff, if you can even call them that, are very peculiar. I don't know, I'm not saying anything, just that someone should look into it. And some of the assistants... well, I don't know if they're all qualified for the job. I hope the regional government gives them a thorough inspection (which I'm already working on). The cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. And it's not exactly cheap; we were paying 2,186 euros, and I say "were" because I got my mother out of there. Let's see if it stirs the consciences of the administrators. It's not like we haven't spoken to them, but it goes in one ear and out the other. And, being polite, I thank them for the... There have been days when they've done well, which should have been every day. You can say the same about the times I've complained, and while they did grant me a public placement, I was already determined to switch to a private one, and you know it because things have been getting worse and worse lately, and I told you so. And if you look at reality, everything I say is true, and I haven't even understated it. I don't lie, and I don't hide.

Today, January 16, 2024, at 12:05 PM, I called the Orblanc Residence at 933 910 403 and a woman answered. The customer service for families was disappointing, awful, and impersonal. On the one hand, she couldn't give me the information I needed, but more importantly, she kept trying to hang up on me. DISAPPOINTING

One star for the single person who "works" here. This person is completely apathetic, treats neither the elderly nor the staff well, creating a bad atmosphere.
