My parents lived at Sanitas Cornellá, and the experience exceeded our expectations, becoming a true home for them. My mother stayed for just over a year during the pandemic, and my father for eight months in 2025. Both received exceptional care and kind treatment, which I deeply appreciate. From the beginning, we noticed the staff's dedication and concern for my parents, not only in their medical care but also in their daily needs. Although the initial adjustment was a little challenging, they soon felt welcomed and loved. My parents made very good friends with both the other residents and the staff. The environment in which they lived was welcoming and spacious, which contributed to their comfort and ease of movement. Furthermore, the medical monitoring was rigorous and consistent, giving us great peace of mind. The facilities and cleanliness deserve special mention, earning a perfect 10. Everything was always spotless. Although the cost of the service is high, the peace of mind it provides more than makes up for it. In summary, we are grateful for the care and dedication that all the staff provided to my parents.

A highly recommended place. A year ago, our father, aware that Parkinson's was affecting his mobility and causing him some mental disorientation, asked us to join Sanitas Cornellà. He had already studied the area based on the comments he'd received from his friends and thought this was the ideal place in Cornellà to receive the support and care he saw he would need over time. He truly wasn't wrong. The treatment and care he received have been formidable. The entire team is exceptional, always smiling and offering kind words to the residents, which ultimately made him feel like they were his other family. He was very happy with the care he received and with his "apartment," which was what he called his room. Thank you to the entire Sanitas Cornellà team for their good work.

My father was in the residence for about two years. At first, given the complexity of his illness, the adjustment was a bit difficult for all of us, but they handled it exceptionally well. During his time there, they attended to each and every one of our needs, just as they had promised. Every single employee treated Cecilio with kindness and showed me what a compassionate team they are, each person fulfilling their role and handling the heavy workload of working in a center with elderly residents—we all know what that entails. You were attentive and caring towards him until his very last day, and I am truly grateful. I want to express my gratitude, my respect, and my congratulations for this, and to know that even though my father is no longer with us, you are also taking care of Mercedes. I would like to make this mention of Sanitas Cornella.

Our father has been in this care home since last year. He has always felt comfortable and well cared for. During the pandemic, the staff at the center have done a tremendous job, with great effort and dedication, both in terms of health monitoring and psychological support, which has been essential for us all to get through the worst moments. We want to thank everyone for their efforts (management, medical team, nursing staff, social workers, caregivers, kitchen staff, reception, support staff, etc.). The way they have managed information and communication with the family has been excellent in helping us manage our fears and worries. And we especially want to thank Nuria Rodríguez Lacambra for her psychological support during these months. It has been crucial, both for our father and for us. We know that the work has been the same for all residents, but they have made us feel that the care was personalized. It has been truly difficult, but we are happy that our father is still there thanks to all of you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
