Centre Asistencial Mutuam La Creueta es uno de los centros de referencia en atención geriátrica del Vallès Occidental, ubicado estratégicamente en el centro de Sabadell. Con una trayectoria consolidada como uno de los primeros equipamientos del Grup Mutuam, este centro se distingue por la experiencia de sus profesionales y la calidad integral de sus servicios. El centro combina residencia asistida con atención intermedia y centro de día, ofreciendo una respuesta completa a las necesidades de las personas mayores. Disponemos de tres modalidades de estancia: largas estancias para quienes requieren cuidados permanentes, estancias temporales para rehabilitación tras convalecencias e intervenciones como ictus, y períodos de respiro familiar que permiten a los cuidadores principales descansar. Nuestro equipo multidisciplinario está especializado en diferentes ámbitos de la geriatría, caracterizándose por su vocación, calidez y proximidad con cada residente. Trabajamos siguiendo un modelo asistencial centrado en la persona, elaborando planes personalizados de atención que se consensúan y revisan periódicamente. Un compromiso fundamental es eliminar las sujeciones para favorecer la recuperación de la movilidad, adhiriéndonos a la Norma Libera-Care de la Fundación Cuidados Dignos. Disponemos de unidades especializadas en convalecencias y rehabilitación, psicogeriatría y trastornos de conducta incluyendo Alzheimer y demencias, así como cuidados paliativos para acompañar el proceso de final de vida con dignidad. Los servicios asistenciales incluyen atención médica diaria, enfermería veinticuatro horas, atención social y psicológica, fisioterapia, terapia ocupacional, cognitiva y psicomotriz, logopedia, control nutricional y asesoramiento en ayudas técnicas. Las instalaciones cuentan con habitaciones individuales y dobles, amplias y luminosas, equipadas con camas eléctricas articuladas, baño privado e intercomunicación directa con profesionales. El edificio dispone de salas de actividades y talleres, bibliotecas, comedores para celebraciones familiares, cafetería, patio ajardinado y terrazas. Complementamos la atención con servicios de hostelería como cocina propia con dietas adaptadas, lavandería y limpieza, además de peluquería, podología y servicio religioso. Organizamos grupos de ayuda mutua y apoyo a familias, salidas y actividades recreativas que fomentan la calidad de vida y el bienestar integral de nuestros residentes.

I've been in rehabilitation for a few days. The overall impression is excellent, from the doctor, Willy, to the nursing staff and assistants. There's a large staff and a good turnover, which is essential for smooth operation. Regarding the assistants, special mention goes to Torcua, María (night shift), Montse, Asun, Lourdes, and Joan. I can't forget the rehabilitation staff. Here, I want to give special mention to everyone: Marta, Lorena, and Gerard are the ones I've worked with. Thanks to their approach, my recovery is progressing quickly. I also want to mention the reception staff. I can't say anything positive about the young woman who works in the mornings. Perhaps I'm mistaken, but when you're behind a counter facing the public, I believe you have to be attentive and have a positive attitude. Patients aren't there to be a nuisance, and if they come to reception, it's because they need help. On the other hand, Javier Quesada, who works in the afternoons, deserves top marks. He's attentive and empathetic with everyone who comes to him. My comments aren't meant as complaints, but rather as suggestions for improvement, if you deem them necessary. I would like to thank the staff at the center again for their attention, which, as I mentioned before, has allowed for a successful rehabilitation.

The most important thing about a care home/healthcare center, in my opinion, is the human quality of its staff. La Creueta center undoubtedly has an outstanding team. From the nurses and doctor to the social worker, nursing assistants, and receptionists—everyone. The way they treat my mother, and not only her but all the other residents, is exceptional. We have nothing but words of thanks and gratitude for each and every one of them.

My mother was discharged today after two months at La Creueta. I have nothing but kind words for all the professionals who work at this center. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the nursing assistants for caring for my mother as if she were your own, which I know many of you felt. Asun, Mari Ángeles Mari, Anna, Lourdes, Marlen, Jordi, Joan, Acen, Karina, Torcua, thank you for all the care and affection she received from you during these two months. Thank you, Dr. Will, for everything you did in her treatment and for her remarkable improvement day by day. Thank you to the physiotherapists Cristina, Lorena, and Marta, because she came out stronger thanks to your exercise classes and laughter.
