I've been in rehabilitation for a few days. The overall impression is excellent, from the doctor, Willy, to the nursing staff and assistants. There's a large staff and a good turnover, which is essential for smooth operation. Regarding the assistants, special mention goes to Torcua, María (night shift), Montse, Asun, Lourdes, and Joan. I can't forget the rehabilitation staff. Here, I want to give special mention to everyone: Marta, Lorena, and Gerard are the ones I've worked with. Thanks to their approach, my recovery is progressing quickly. I also want to mention the reception staff. I can't say anything positive about the young woman who works in the mornings. Perhaps I'm mistaken, but when you're behind a counter facing the public, I believe you have to be attentive and have a positive attitude. Patients aren't there to be a nuisance, and if they come to reception, it's because they need help. On the other hand, Javier Quesada, who works in the afternoons, deserves top marks. He's attentive and empathetic with everyone who comes to him. My comments aren't meant as complaints, but rather as suggestions for improvement, if you deem them necessary. I would like to thank the staff at the center again for their attention, which, as I mentioned before, has allowed for a successful rehabilitation.

The most important thing about a care home/healthcare center, in my opinion, is the human quality of its staff. La Creueta center undoubtedly has an outstanding team. From the nurses and doctor to the social worker, nursing assistants, and receptionists—everyone. The way they treat my mother, and not only her but all the other residents, is exceptional. We have nothing but words of thanks and gratitude for each and every one of them.

My mother was discharged today after two months at La Creueta. I have nothing but kind words for all the professionals who work at this center. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the nursing assistants for caring for my mother as if she were your own, which I know many of you felt. Asun, Mari Ángeles Mari, Anna, Lourdes, Marlen, Jordi, Joan, Acen, Karina, Torcua, thank you for all the care and affection she received from you during these two months. Thank you, Dr. Will, for everything you did in her treatment and for her remarkable improvement day by day. Thank you to the physiotherapists Cristina, Lorena, and Marta, because she came out stronger thanks to your exercise classes and laughter. Thank you to the social worker, Marina, for your support with the paperwork. And thank you to the reception staff, Imma, Nuria, and Javi, for encouraging those card and domino games and helping my mother make great friends, and for always having a smile for her.
