Las fortalezas incluyen buena alimentación, actividades organizadas y limpieza, pero la falta de supervisión médica adecuada y respuesta ante síntomas de gravedad representa un riesgo serio que requiere revisión urgente.

Residence that has great employees, but also others that are unpresentable. Everything is perfect if our elders do not need special attention, if they are dependent there the attention is terrible. Taking my father to this residence was a bad decision. On Sunday I was with my father and he was not well, I notified the residence that my father was not well, they told me no that they saw him well, they just told him They listened, Monday I again indicated that I was not well, they told me no, that I was very well and on Tuesday I was admitted to the hospital pissed, dirty and in an irreversible state with the result of death in two days. From Sunday to Tuesday no doctor visited him, it was employees of the residence who decided that he was not bad, but they took him to the hospital in an irreversible condition. From Tuesday to his death, Thursday, no one called me to inquire about him. Please do not leave your family members here, it is a shame for the level of some of the employees and management of this residence. What a shame what my father had to suffer from Sunday to Tuesday.

A special place where every resident feels supported and well cared for. It boasts a team of highly professional staff who perform their duties with dedication and love. The food is excellent and well-balanced. I highly recommend it. If you're looking for a residence for your parents or grandparents, this one definitely has what you're looking for.

The former Hotel Impala is now a nursing home located in the Montmar development in the fishing village of Arenys de Mar. We've had a relative stay here for four years, and we're very grateful for the care, personalized attention, and professionalism of the entire staff working here for our seniors. Highly recommended.

My grandmother lives in this residence, and so far we're very happy. They treat them very well; they look cared for and clean. They organize activities for them, and the menus look very good.
